WAFFLES 
2 c. self-rising flour
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. wheat germ (optional)

Mix all ingredients in mixer until well blended. Cook in hot waffle iron. Serve immediately. Freeze leftover batter. Thaw in microwave or in refrigerator overnight.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
