GREEN PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. beef round steak
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. green onion
1 c. green peppers, cut into 1-inch squares
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
Water

Cut beef into small square pieces. Combine beef with oil, soy sauce, and garlic. Cook until beef has browned and meat is tender, adding water occasionally. Add onions and peppers and cook until it reaches the condition you prefer, crisp or tender. This is usually about 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and heat through. Yield: 4 servings.
