WALNUT GLORY CAKE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
9 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. walnuts, chopped

Sift flour with cinnamon and salt.

Beat egg whites in large mixing bowl until soft peaks form. GRADUALLY add 3/4 cup sugar. Continue beating until very stiff high peaks form (do not underbeat). Combine egg yolks, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla in a small bowl. Fold batter GENTLY but thoroughly into egg whites, using a wire whip or rubber spatula, fold in nuts. Turn into ungreased tube pan.Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Invert immediately. Let cool completely before removing from pan.
