EGG AND HAM HORS D'OEUVRES 
5 hard-cooked eggs
1 tsp. minced chives
Salt and paprika to taste
1-2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Mayonnaise
1/2 lb. boiled ham

Separate yolks and whites of eggs. Force yolks through a sieve; add chives, seasonings and mayonnaise to moisten. Beat to a smooth paste. Chop egg whites and ham together and mix with yolks. Form into 1-inch balls and garnish with additional mayonnaise.
