CHOCOLATE COVERED PEANUT BUTTER
BALLS
 
2 sticks butter, room temp.
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 box sifted powdered sugar
1/3 box of graham crackers, crushed or 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/3 c. peanut butter, smooth or crunchy

Mix with hands and form in small balls. One block of almond bark melted in double boiler. Dip peanut butter balls in chocolate and place on wax paper to cool.
