OLD-FASHIONED FUDGE PIE | |
2 (1 oz. ea.) squares semi-sweet baking chocolate 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1 cup sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1 (9-inch) pie crust (I use Pillsbury) Preheat oven to 375°F. Melt chocolate and butter together in a very heavy saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and add sugar, then eggs; beat well. Pour filling into prepared pie crust and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
