1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. oats
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Nestle's butterscotch morsels

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until creamy. Gradually add flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 7 to 8 minutes for a chewy cookies cookie. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet. Makes 4 dozen. Yum!
