FRUIT GLAZE 
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. dry Jello

In saucepan bring to boil first 3 ingredients and simmer until thick and clear, stirring often. Remove from heat, add (any flavor) of Jello, depending on what kind of fruit you use. This can be used for pie fillings or shortcake recipes.
