CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground turkey or beef
Parsley, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
12 oz. tomato juice
1/2 c. grated cheddar or Parmesan cheese
1/2 chopped cabbage
1 med. onion

Brown meat and spices; drain. Add pepper and onion. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Put in long casserole dish, evenly and put chopped cabbage evenly over meat. Pour tomato juice over all. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
