MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. corn tortillas 1 lb. ground beef 1 onion 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 Black Label ranch style beans 2 cans cream of chicken soup 12 slices American cheese Cook beef and chopped onion in skillet; put half the tortillas in the bottom of baking dish. Put 1/2 meat, layer of cheese, 1 can beans, spread more tortillas, meat and cheese. Mix Rotel in pot with cream of chicken soup. Pour over casserole; bake at 350 degrees until bubbly all over. Good! |
