NOT GOOD FOR YOU BUT DELICIOUS
MACARONI & CHEESE CASSEROLE
 
6 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
6 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz.) box macaroni noodles (elbow)
Salt
Pepper
2 c. milk

Cook macaroni and drain. Grease a 9"x13" pan. Layer noodles on the bottom thinly. Cover with all three cheeses. Repeat layers ending with the cheese. Salt and pepper each layer according to taste. Pour milk over the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
