AMBROSIA SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. undrained crushed pineapple (1 sm. can)
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 c. coconut
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mandarin oranges, drained

Dissolve Jello in water. Add pineapple and cool. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into mold and chill.
