2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients very good. Add milk and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
