Use recipe for Plain Rolls, kneading dough lightly to break up large glass bubbles and then shape as follows:
Roll dough, with floured rolling pin on lightly floured board, into a sheet 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into rounds with floured cookie cutter. Crease across each round down to board with dull edge of a knife. Make crease a little to one side of the middle. Brush smaller side with melted butter, being careful not to brush to edge. Fold larger size over, and press edges lightly. Place on greased baking sheet, about 1 1/2 inches apart. Cover with towel, and set in warm place so rolls will rise until about double in size. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
