TACO CASSEROLE 
1 to 2 lb. ground beef and/or ground turkey (I use half beef and half turkey)
1 can refried beans
1 onion
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
8 oz. Monterey Jack
1 (16 oz.) taco sauce
1 jalapeno pepper (rings)
1 pkg. taco seasoning

Brown beef and onion with taco seasoning. In a 9 x 13 inch glass casserole spread in layers: First, refried beans; second, meat mixture; third, peppers; fourth; cheese, and fifth, taco sauce.

Cover with foil. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
