BAKED CHOPPED SUEY 
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, sliced thin
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. Minute Rice, prepared
1/4 c. soy sauce
Dash of pepper
Chinese noodles

Brown ground beef. Add onion and celery. Cook 15 minutes. Add soups, water, soy sauce and pepper. Stir in rice. Pour in casserole dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover, place noodles on top and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
