CHOCOLATE CHERRY BARS 
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus devils food cake mix
21 oz. can cherry pie filling
1 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs, beaten

SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk

Mix by hand until well mixed. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. In small saucepan heat sauce ingredients, boil for 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips. Stir until smooth. Pour over slightly cooled cake (about 10 minutes out of oven.)
