MEATLESS SPAGHETTI 
2 med. onions
1 sm. green pepper
1 tbsp. garlic salt
Pepper & salt to taste
1/2 carton mushrooms
1 qt. home canned tomatoes
1 qt. Ragu or Prego spaghetti sauce
1 lb. spaghetti

Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms. Add tomatoes and sauce. Let cook slow in a heavy kettle on low heat. Pour over cooked spaghetti.
