RUTH'S CHESTNUT SALAD | |
1 can mixed vegetables, drained 1 can water chestnuts, drained 1 c. onion, chopped 1 c. celery, chopped 1 c. grated cheese 1 c. mayonnaise Toss all ingredients until blended. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 300 degrees until bubbly, about 30 minutes. Top with 2 cups crushed cheese crackers blended with 1/2 stick butter. Bake an additional 12 minutes or until lightly browned. |
