CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 c. diced chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. diced onions
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Mix all ingredients together and place in 9 x 13 pan. Cover with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
