BAKED RICE WITH CHEESE 
2 c. cooked rice
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook rice as directed on package; rinse and drain. Melt butter; stir in flour, salt, pepper, mustard and paprika. When well blended, add milk, stirring continually over low heat until mixture thickens and boils. Add cheese and Worcestershire sauce; stir until cheese is melted. Add drained rice and pour mixture into greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until brown. Makes 6 servings.
