BAKED CRAB IMPERIAL 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 egg yolk, beaten
2 tbsp. sherry (optional)
1 c. cubed soft bread
1 lb. crab (or imitation)
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Paprika

Melt butter. Add flour and blend. Gradually add milk and seasonings; cook over low heat, stirring until thick. Gradually add egg yolk, cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add sherry, cubed bread, crabmeat, parsley and onion. Gently mix. Pour into greased casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 4.
