CHEESE WITH CHILI DIP 
1/4 c. tomato juice
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can chili without beans
1 green pepper, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt cheese in double boiler with 1/4 cup tomato juice. Add all other ingredients and cook slowly for 1 hour in double boiler or crockpot. Dip with tortilla chips.
