IMPOSSIBLE PIE 
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/8 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter

Put everything in blender, 1 minute on high. Pour into 9-inch buttered pie pan. Bake until custard sets at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve cold.
