MELT AWAYS

1/2 lb. butter
1 c. flour
3/4 c. cornstarch
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool before frosting.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix together. Frost cookies.

Grate fine. Sprinkle on top.
