PIE CRUSTS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Starting with 1 tablespoon of cold water, adding until right consistency.

10 INCH DOUBLE CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Starting with 1 tablespoon of cold water, adding until right consistency.

Mix in large bowl flour, salt, baking powder and shortening until cornmeal consistency then adding cold water until able to handle dough. Divide dough and roll out on lightly floured surface.
