2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1 stick butter (cut into bits)

Blend together. Grease pan, dust 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
