NO EGG CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
1 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix all ingredients in large bowl and bake in 9-inch square pan at 350 degrees until center bounces back when touched.

NOTE: Double recipe to make batter for 9x13 inch pan.
