HOT PECAN DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 oz. pkg. dried beef
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. pecans
2 tbsp. butter

Brown the pecans in the 2 tablespoons of butter (300 degrees). With mixer blend cream cheese and milk. Chop beef. Add beef and rest of ingredients to the cream cheese mixture. Fold in sour cream. Spoon into 8 inch pie plate. Put browned pecans on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
