BAKED CHEESE FONDUE 
16 slices white bread with crusts removed
4 c.milk
6 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
3 c. grated cheddar cheese

Butter bread. Place buttered side down in 9 x 12 baking dish. Sprinkle with one half of the cheese. Place remaining 3 slices butter side up on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Beat eggs, milk, and seasonings and pour over bread. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Fondue will puff and must be served immediately. It is better to prepare this ahead of time and allow to stand overnight in refrigerator.
