HOT PEPPER JELLY 
1 c. chopped green and/or hot peppers
3/4 c. chopped green bell peppers
1/4 c. vinegar
6 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. Certo
Green food coloring

Blend hot peppers, green bell peppers and 1/4 cup vinegar in blender. Into a large pot, put 6 cups sugar and 1 cup vinegar, add blended items and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, strain through wire mesh sieve. Add Certo and 2-3 drops of green food coloring and stir. Seal in jars.

Serve with cream cheese and crackers, fresh vegetables or with meat. May leave out green food coloring for variation.
