BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
2 (12 oz.) pkg. blueberries
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

In one bowl, mix blueberries, sugar, cinnamon and allspice. Then mix in cornstarch and finally lemon juice.

In a separate bowl, mix butter, 1/2 cup sugar, flour, lemon rind until it becomes a crumbly crust.

Spray a 9x13x2 inch baking pan with Wesson oil spray or use butter, if desired. Pour in blueberry mixture and sprinkle crumbs on top for complete covering. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or when crust turns golden brown.
