SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked, drained, mashed, yellow or zucchini squash (6 or 8 small)
1 egg
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 box Stove Top stuffing (whatever flavor you desire)

Mix all ingredients. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until set. Add grated cheese after cooked.
