PUMPKIN ROLLS 
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. self-rising flour
Pecans

Mix all ingredients together; pour on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for about 9 minutes. (DO NOT OVER BAKE.) Turn out on towel, sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll up in a jelly roll and let cool. Then unroll for filling.

FILLING:

2 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar

Have cream cheese softened. Mix together all ingredients. Spread on pumpkin rolls. Sprinkle on nuts, roll back in jelly roll. Chill and serve.
