CHAMPAGNE CAKE 
Yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Nuts

Bake cake according to directions, 9 x 13 pan. Cool. Mix pudding, milk and cheese until smooth. Spread over cool cake. Drain pineapple and spread over pudding mix. Spread Cool Whip and top with nuts. Best eaten same day.
