BUTTER NOODLES 
2 lg. eggs - 1/2 c.
3 tbsp. melted butter, cooled
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat eggs. Add butter, mix well. Stir in flour, salt and powder. Stir into egg mixture. After stirring, knead with fingers until dough is well blended. Roll out on floured surface until thickness desired. Let dry about 35 to 40 minutes. When edges appear dry, roll tightly and cut with a sharp knife. Let dry 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
