CARAMELIZED BAKED BEANS 
1 lg. jar Randall's white beans
1 c. or 3/4 c. sugar
1 sm. carton heavy whipping cream
1/4 - 1/2 c. onions, diced finely

Mix together ingredients. (Do not rinse beans.) Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, stir, cover and bake for 20 to 30 minutes more. Do not let skin coat on top of the beans get too brown. If left uncovered the topping becomes golden.
