SMOTHERED STEAK 
2 lb. round steak
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. onion, sliced
1 c. Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
2 c. water

Cut up steak. Salt and pepper then roll in flour and brown in butter in skillet. Remove steak and put in baking dish. Add soup and water to skillet to make gravy. Slice onions and put on steak. Add gravy to meat and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees.
