HONEY PORK ORIENTAL 
2 lb. pork, cubed
2 tbsp. oil
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. honey
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 carrots, sliced thin
1 med. onion, cut in wedges
1 green pepper, cut in chunks

Brown pork in oil, stirring frequently. Combine gravy mix, water, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and garlic salt; add to the pork. Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes. Add carrots and cook 10 minutes. Add onion and green pepper, cook 10 more minutes. Serve with rice.
