BREAKFAST LASAGNA | |
2 lb. sausage 4-6 c. cheddar cheese 8-12 slices bread (no crust) 8-10 eggs 3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. sage 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Mix eggs, milk, sage and mustard. Brown sausage in skillet and drain. In 9x13 pan layer 1/2 bread, 1/2 sausage and 1/2 cheese. Repeat for second layer. Pour egg and milk mixture over layers. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered in 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Uncover; bake 20-30 minutes longer. |
