BEEF AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 can cut green beans, undrained
1/2 c. Minute Rice, uncooked
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste

Crumble beef into 2 quart glass dish. Cover and cook on High for 5 to 6 minutes; stirring once and break into small pieces; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and cook on High for 0 to 10 minutes. Stir; cover and cook on 7 (roast) for 5 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid absorbed. (I also add 3 cooked, sliced carrots and add grated cheese on top. It goes further and gives it a good taste.)
