CHICKEN PAPRIKAS
1 whole chicken
1 can chicken broth
2 hot peppers
Black pepper to taste
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
Paprika - "LOTS" this will make it real red in color
16 oz. sour cream
2 lg. onions
6 green frying peppers
Garlic powder to taste
3 tomatoes (lg. size)

Cut whole chicken apart and put in pot in oil and brown it. Add the onions with the chicken, put your garlic powder and black pepper in also.

Add mushrooms and tomatoes, add paprika. Remember you must use plenty of paprika because this makes taste and color. After adding everything except the green frying peppers and the sour cream if there seems that there isn't enough juice then add the can of chicken broth.

Add the green peppers when the chicken is just about finished. When peppers are cooked, remove the chicken from the pot and take it off the bone and put chicken back in the pot

Now add the sour cream a little at a time (otherwise it will make lumps in sauce). That's it - just let it cook until everything is hot and serve over "wide egg noodles". ENJOY!
