CHICKEN IN WINE AND VINEGAR 
1 chicken, cut up
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. vine
1 c. vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste

Saute onion in large skillet with oil. Add chicken and brown on both sides. Add wine and vinegar, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer 1/2 hour on each side. Serve with rice.
