PEACH PIE ALASKA 
1 pkg. (sm.) Jello gelatin - orange
1 baked 9 inch Pet Ritz deep dish pie crust, cooled
2/3 c. boiling water
1 c. vanilla ice cream
1 c. diced peaches
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls, stir until melted and smooth. Blend in fruit and topping. Chill if necessary, until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust. Chill about 3 hours or longer. 8 servings.

Note: If using canned peaches, make sure to drain well.
