CHIFFON CHEESE CAKE 
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can evaporated milk, chilled
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. lemon Jello mixed with 1 c. hot water, jelled
2 c. graham cracker crumbs, mixed with 1 stick butter
Sugar to taste

Beat milk until stiff. Add sugar to taste. Add Jello and softened cream cheese. Add vanilla.

In 9 x 13 pan put 1/2 graham cracker crumbs. Pour in cheese mixture. Sprinkle other half on top.
