PIE DOUGH 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Crisco
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. water

Beat egg and water together, add vinegar. Mix with flour, Crisco, salt. Mix together. Dough will be soft, wrap in wax paper and put in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or more. Dough can be frozen until needed.
