BLUEBERRY GINGERBREAD 
2 c. blueberries
1 heaping tbsp. sugar
2 heaping tbsp. flour

Drench blueberries with sugar and flour and set aside.

1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter, melted
3 heaping tbsp. molasses
1 c. buttermilk
3 heaping tbsp. sugar mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
