MARY'S BEEF BURGUNDY | |
3 lbs. beef stew meat 2 cans cream of mushroom soup or 1 cream mushroom and 1 cream of celery soup 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup 1 c. rose wine to 1 1/2 c. rose wine Can substitute chicken in place of stew meat, use boneless chicken breast. Mix all ingredients together in oven proof baking dish. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Add fresh mushrooms if desired. Then bake 1 more hour. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or cooked noodles. Recipe can easily be doubled. |
