SUGAR FREE FRUIT 'N PUDDING
CRISP
 
2 c. cherries packed in water
1 tbsp. sugar free vanilla cook & serve pudding (not instant), 4 serving size
2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, melted
Use apples or peaches instead of cherries (optional)

Drain cherries, but reserve 1/4 cup liquid. Combine cherries, 1/4 cup liquid and 1 tablespoon vanilla cook and serve pudding in greased 8 inch square baking pan. Set aside.

In mixing bowl combine flour, oatmeal, nuts, cinnamon, butter and the remainder of the vanilla cook and serve pudding (not instant pudding). Blend until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit mixture.

Bake at 375°F for 45 to 50 minutes until deep golden brown.
