CICI'S SWEET YEAST DOUGH 
3 1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 egg

Combine 1 1/2 cups of the flour and yeast. Warm milk, sugar and butter to just tepid. Add to yeast mix and beat to combine. Add egg and beat. Add rest of flour and salt. Knead until smooth. Let dough rise twice, punch down after each rising. Shape into rolls or roll out for cinnamon rolls. Place in or on greased pans and let rise for 45 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
